From poultry farms to product - closing the loop in Australian Agriculture

Australian agriculture has a powerful opportunity to turn waste into value.

VermiCo was born on poultry farms across South Australia, where we saw organic chicken waste not as a by-product, but as a resource. Through a specialised vermiculture process, worms convert this organic material into premium fertiliser products that regenerate soil rather than deplete it.

This closed-loop approach is central to our circular economy philosophy — reducing waste, improving soil health, and returning nutrients back to the land where they belong.

Backed by AAM’s vertically integrated agricultural model, VermiCo is grounded in transparency, consistency, and data-driven outcomes. It’s a system designed to support growers while protecting the long-term health of Australian soils.
